 My mentor said about the cultivation: “To illustrate, not all plants and trees will necessarily grow simply because the sun is shining. Some may be in the shade, shut off from the light, or be attacked by harmful insects. Some may lack sufficient nutrients. Only when they are regularly given the appropriate care to address their specific circumstances and needs can plants grow. The same is true in the world of faith. If we compare the announcement of activity guidelines or the encouragement given to members at meetings to the light of the sun, then visiting members at their home or giving personal guidance can be likened to caring for the specific needs of each plant or tree.”.

That is all and right.

We studied a beginning part of the text (see below) of "Letter to Jakunichi-bō ( 137 )", which is the text for the Zadankai-Gosho-teaching in November, which is the founding month of Soka Gakkai. The part is the "It is extremely rare to be born as a human being. Not only are you endowed with human form, but you have had the rare fortune to encounter Buddhism. Moreover, out of the Buddha’s many teachings you have encountered the daimoku, or the title, of the Lotus Sutra and become its votary. Truly you are a person who has offered alms to a hundred thousand million Buddhas in his past existences!". Moreover, we studied the more part text of "Letter to Jakunichi-bō ( 137 )" on the Gosh-study-lecture in November by Mr. Morinaka (Study-Leader of Soka Gakkai) on YouTube. I previously used the clause that you look up to someone as a mentor. I literally look up that (not someone) every day, but of course, it is the picture of mentor on the upper of a wall that I am looking up. You may interest in who is in the picture. I will tell you about that someday because it is never secret. You will certainly feel that my sentences are arrogant, because these are wordy sentences. But I think that those styles will mainly relate to the character of me. But those possibly depend on minds that are common with Japanese, and I will expect a little that is so. No way, I must appreciate that you had read those such sentences and like to expect your generosity.
